1) Definitions

We/Us — the operator of the Service. You — an individual or legal entity using the Service. Account — your registered profile. Content — documents, spreadsheets, text, files, or other materials you upload or create.

2) Eligibility & account

• You must be legally capable to enter into a contract. For organizations, you warrant you are authorized to bind the entity.
• You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and for all activities under your account.
• Keep your information accurate and up to date.

3) Subscriptions & billing

• Paid features are offered on subscription plans. Prices may be shown in UZS and processed by trusted payment providers.
• Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel in settings; access continues until the end of the current period.
• Discounts/promotions may apply as advertised. Taxes may be added where applicable.
• We do not store full card details; payments are handled by certified processors.
• Refunds are handled in accordance with our refund guidelines and applicable law.

4) Acceptable use

• Do not violate laws, infringe IP rights, or upload illegal, harmful, or malicious content.
• No spam, malware, exploits, or attempts to bypass security or rate limits.
• No scraping or bulk extraction except as allowed by documented APIs and your plan.
• Respect others’ privacy and do not misuse personal data.

5) User content & licenses

• You retain ownership of your Content.
• You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, and display the Content solely to operate and improve the Service.
• You confirm you have all rights to upload and share the Content.

6) Privacy

Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what data we collect and how we use it.

7) Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and trademarks, is protected by IP laws. Except for the rights expressly granted, no license is implied.

8) Third-party services
